Returns & Exchanges:
Merchandise can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. We have a NO REFUND POLICY. Our store credit is an emailed gift card. All sale items, gift cards and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. The returned items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and no stains to be eligible. Please complete and include the Return Form Card (included with your order). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, email sales@tenilleco.com to confirm we have size in stock, mail your original item back, once we have received and approved your return we will be able to either email you a gift card or mail you a new size!
